It entirely depends on that persons perception of Lisp. I would hope it is a positive thing.

Eh, don't rush yourself. It's not particularly close to easy fiddling yet, and there's no way in the release to include arbitrary .NET stuff. Yet.

It is (I believe) a mixed perception. It's mathematically sound, simple, and elegant. It's also hard to work with, pretty ugly, and impractical for most things.

I also perhaps took it out of context a little. He was referring specifically for the tendency to make everything into a 'method that takes X, and returns a method that takes Y, which ... and then bingo! you get it'. Lisp makes that immediately apparent to the programmer. Tangent hides it.
