Things to add into the Engine.

Hello everyone, today I'm going to be programming a few new things with the engine and map editor. I've chosen to leave out any mouse interaction with the editor due to the size of the maps. So I will be taking out the "F4 Grid" feature and replacing it with another. What I'm going to be programming are layers. Something I should have done from the start, but didn't. I will also be programming a new feature into the map editor that deals with the placement of your sprites, such as the blue blob and any enemies. On top of that I will be programming monster AI tonight. It's going to take an hour or so to add in layers along with sprite placement, after that's done I will work on the AI. I'm going to be adding in more tiles and objects and hopefully get some level features completed this week. My goal is to have the editor and engine ready so you can start making levels with the editor and play them with the engine by Monday. This does not mean the project will be completed, but ready to make something playable.

Well, off to work! It's going to be a long night.
