There comes a time in your life when you have a choice to make. One choice will lead you down one path while the other choice with lead you down another. Then there are those choices that define and shape the rest of your life. "This is one of those moments!", I explained to my son. However much focus, dedication and hard work that is put into a goal will directly result in the ultimate success or failure of that goal. (or should I say "epic failure" ...isn't that what the kids are calling it these days?) [wink]

The choice for my son and I to embark on this adventure of indie game development is a huge step. I am sure it is a perilous road chalked with danger, frustration and headaches... But I am also sure that it will be a rewarding journey that will ultimately lead to our success in this world. This sure is a huge step from running that small PC repair shop but it is a much needed change. I can't think of a better person than my son, (Tyler) to work side by side with on something as big as developing your own game. It is a monumental undertaking and will have several major challenges along the way. Each of those challenges can be overcome with education and dedication!
