    • tinyrocket - Johan Gustafsson has a shot of his 2D space shooter remade as a 3D game, with C# and OpenTK. A link to the original 2D game is provided as well
    • uwi2k2 - Part Time Game Dev - uwi2k2 is looking for anyone willing to alpha test his multiplayer-only "little nonsense game"
    • DMD 'Ware - polyfrag has screens of the Corporation-States map editor working. In a previous entry he detailed more about the game's factions and plans for release
    • Vaerydian - Net Gnome is back with an update on what's been going on with Vaerydian, as well as a look at his use of fastJSON, which he thinks is indeed the fastest JSON tool he's found and is simple to use, as he demonstrates
    • Lost in the Catacombs of Game Development - TheVegarian has an update on Explosive Shell after one month of development on the project
    • Wilhelm's Journal - Wilhelm van Huyssteen has posted the first early test version of Legends of Strife for people to download and try out
    • Sparked Studios Games - Matthewj234 is posting updates and livestreaming his progress working on his Ludum Dare 26 project
    • The Bag of Holding - ApochPiQ updates on the progress of getting the Epoch language compiler self-hosted
    • evolutional.co.uk - evolutional discusses the messaging and tagging systems he's added to his engine that's being run on MonoGame (XNA) for his game's combat prototype

      • Norman Barrows' Journal - Norman Barrows shares links to the modDB stats for the top-rated game engines as well as the most popular
      • Leadwerks Developer Blog - Josh Klint has the latest on improvements to the Leadwerks 3 engine's rendering - including projected shadows and post-rendering effects
      • DeeMOONger's Journal - DeeMOONger debuts his new XAPP engine with plans to make it cross-platform and also with its own small version of BASIC for a language to create games with it. It's free to download and check out
      • New Old Things - Endurion makes the movements of one of the game's enemies, the bat, more random to increase the difficulty
      • Leadwerks Developer Blog - ChrisVossen points to the [color=rgb(0,0,0)][font=Verdana]

        "Building a First-Person Shooter" tutorial series that has just started running over on the Leadwerks site. You can get a 30-day trial of the engine to check it out

      • RuinValor - Birth of Talos - riuthamus gives his impressions of the Cintiq 24HD tablet he just acquired

        • Any Colour You Like - benryves is back! And he's got more electronics wizardry to talk about, like how to fix up a PS2 USB PC adapter to allow you to use the analog joysticks
