Uupdated gravity boss: states, bugs with switching of states and fx appearance

  • Tweaked difficulty/balance
  • Global map is smaller now (it was too hard to scroll), updated backgrounds
  • Added 'shop' button in 'preparing to a mission' screen (very convenient now, I like it)
  • Searchings for Load/Save bugs here and there

K, seriously, I really like your game, but you NEED to play your own game.  Please finish your own game.  I recommend doing that.  Level one and two are much much easier, but now level three, the Boss, I can't beat the boss.  Too many missiles.  I also recommend straddling the the easier & challenging line.  Too easy can be a bust too.    Sorry for being so picky.   Right now, in my opinion, your game has a lot going for it.  Easily 4/5 stars, and if you execute the challenge issue well, this game would be a 5/5 in my books.

The game seems nice. It has a mobile vibe. Is that your goal?

Overall, I liked it, although I agree with Awoken. The boss in the 3rd level seems so hard, especially at that point in the game (maybe not having a boss so soon would help). Looks like it shoots too many missiles, the player has to stop damaging the boss to try to stop the missiles, and is overwhelmed.

I would tone down the second level a bit too, especially because it shows a new mechanic (gravity). Maybe making the gravity not so strong. By the way, shouldn't the gravity affect the asteroids too?

Two UI nitpicks:

1 - the cancel (X) button in gray seems to be in disabled state. I needed to try to know if it was clickable or not. Try giving it another color;

2 - when exiting a level, the buttons seems a bit confusing (again the gray X button for cancel, and a down arrow for "OK"). Perhaps it would be better to use plain text buttons, with Yes in red and No in Green, for example.

Woah, thanks for the great ui tip! It wasn't obvious to me. Now I know where to push it.

Yeah, yeah, mobile (android build will be in few days)

It looks like there is some problem with physics in gravity level. Strength varies from platform to platform. I need to check it. Asteroids and gravity? Hehe, good question. They have a big momenum!
