There are 100 different locations to explore.
Every location is full of different Gragons, atmosphere, objects, and more.
New locations are locked and can't proceed without Killing the Giant Gragon and get it's Grodge.
The higher the number of the location, the higher is the risk of finding stronger Gragons.

With the most of the development of the game, funded by our own savings, Indiegogo is a way to give the push it needs to finish development. This is our first official commercial project, and we want to create a high-quality professional game.

We want to increase the flexibility of the project in terms of resources, and, in case the goals are reached, we have a final secret Reward for you for completing all the goals, to further increase the quality of the game and bring new and exciting features to it.

The Gragons Farm's concept was conceived around May 2016 and we were actually half way through the development. Back then the project had another name and we had poured so much time and effort into it that some of us had our health crippled.

But in the end, we needed to change it due to our financial difficulties and 6 months of development was almost destroyed.

That was the darkest time of our life and all of us were giving up on this project...

Shortly after the change of ideas of the previous project and support from family and friends, we put a lot of thought into it and we decided that we had ventured too far to give up on the game.

We wanted to achieve the good result from what we have and what we can do. And what you guys can do to help us reach this especial goal of releasing this project.

Expectations are really high from you guys and we figured that it would be impossible for our very tiny team to fulfill them. This is why we're starting this campaign: To realize the full potential of the game!

We are a small team of developers, and we want to deliver games with good quality. We are dedicated to creating high quality games and we pour all of our hearts and souls into them.

With this project of ours, the greatest challenge for us, will be to fulfill the expectations of our fans and supporters.

We have been, and with your help, we will continue to work full-time on this project to increase and uphold the quality of the game and to deliver it on time. And with your help we will continue to develop more and better projects.

The Gragons Farm is currently being developed by a small team of 2 up to date since June 2016. We're all passionate gamers from different background and all of us grew up playing all types of games. The Gragons Farm is what we have been craving for since Harvest Moon and Pokemon eras so we band together to make it a reality with your support.

This is our first official project, and we want to make the best game we can with your help and support.

Follow us on our social media (Facebook and Youtube) to receive the latest news about the game! See you there!

Risks and challenges

Game development is always full of unknowns and unexpected events are occurring on a daily basis.

Lucky for us, we're very used to solving challenges that may come our way effectively.

Our team has been solving challenges since Day 1 of the development, be it technical or real world issue.

We have been through many hardship and we are not giving up no matter what is thrown at us.

But of course nothing is set in stone until it happens so there are still things that we might not be able to solve or prevent such as natural disaster, health problem, robberies, cyber attacks and what not.

Nonetheless, we will do our best to minimal the risk as we continue the development.

Last but not least, thank you for believing in us and joining our adventure to make The Gragons Farm a reality! Let's do this together.

Good luck with your project. One question, why does Linux/Mac versions come so late in the goal board? I can understand that consoles are secondary because they require extra work to adapt the game, but a Linux/Mac version stays the exact same, specially when you use an engine which gives you multi OS compatibility for free.

It's because of the testing, and change of some properties to fully function on Mac and Linux.

      Hello people!
      Thanks for taking the time to read this post. I've been using Unity for a while now and I must say that I'm very impressed with it. Definitely a jump up from XNA. However, something that I've noticed that leaves a lot to be desired is the 2D tile-based collision. Below is a little video of a game I've been working on with a friend which demonstrates my problem. Essentially, games that use huge open planes and polygons don't seem to have many problems with collisions, but when a game consists of lots of small tiles stacked alongside each other, objects tends to get stuck in-between the gaps. For example, if I have a horizontal strip of little tiles, and the player runs along the top, sometimes he'll come to a standstill and have to rebuild his momentum, However, this is much more noticeable for the ball. The ball seems to consistently bounce around randomly by hitting into edges, due to the nature of how fast and random it moves, making it very hard for players to line up shots and make meaningful choices in how they attack the ball.
      So after doing a little Googling, it seems like there's absolutely nothing on this topic. It baffles me, because tile-based platformers seem to be everywhere on Steam! So after some more digging, I saw that many people were using composite colliders, so that after the level is generated, the tiles all merge together into one polygonal/composite collider. However, I've found that this problem still occurs even when using this method, especially near corners. Am I possibly overlooking a simple solution here? This has been giving us grief for months now!
      It's also worth mentioning that composite colliders create another problem within our game world. The blocks within the levels are meant to be damaged upon contact with the ball. However, when these are nested inside an object using a composite collider, none of these collisions fire off any more, essentially making all the blocks in the level indestructible. Is there a way to cycle through all of the colliders inside of a composite collider to check them individually? Any help would be mundo appreciated.

      Aura enemies – ”Murderia” is a crystal based life form that moves across any type of block at some speed. This creature cannot be killed by digging the block it sits on and therefore it makes the block it sits on impossible to mine. It fires projectiles in all directions if it feels threatened so kill from afar.

      I tried to clear a RWStructuredBuffer<bool> by a CommandList->ClearUnorderedAccessViewUint call.
      I got an error like this:D3D12 ERROR: ID3D12CommandList::ClearUnorderedAccessViewUint: ClearUnorderedAccessView* methods are not compatible with Structured Buffers.
      However, I've searched on the internet but got nothing, I saw someone done this before, Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Thanks in advance!

      Hey all, I'm at my wits end with this weird memory leak. My issue is with the small preview-render view that comes up on the Windows 10 taskbar when you hover over your application. I don't know the name of it, but it's the little thumbnail view that pops up when you have your mouse hovered over a minimized application. When I do this with my dx11 program, memory absolutely rockets up, I'm talking like going from 1 gb to 4 gb in a few seconds. I managed to find a single line that I can comment out and "fix" the leak, but it's not making any sense to me. The graphics portions of my program are somewhat fragmented between different abstraction layers so bear with me.
      // the code that actually handles the render calls // map buffers and copy data from cpu buffers m_context->copyDataToBuffer((void*)verts.data(), sizeof(Vertex) * verts.size(), m_vertexBuffer); m_context->copyDataToBuffer((void*)indicies.data(), sizeof(uint) * indicies.size(), m_indexBuffer); m_context->copyDataToBuffer((void*)uniforms.data(), sizeof(HuiUniforms) * uniforms.size(), m_uniformBuffer); // render ISamplerState* sampler = shaderSys->getSamplerState(); m_context->setVertexBuffer(m_vertexBuffer); // this is the line that is causing the leak m_context->setIndexBuffer(m_indexBuffer); m_context->setUniformBuffer(m_uniformBuffer, ShaderType::Vert); m_context->setUniformBuffer(m_uniformBuffer, ShaderType::Frag); m_context->setTopology(PrimativeTopology::TriangleList); m_context->setSamplerState(sampler); Texture2D** textureArr = &diffuseTexture; m_context->setTextures(textureArr, 1); m_context->drawIndexed(indicies.size()); m_vertexBuffer is an abstraction for a ID3D11Buffer. Here's the code for that setVertextBuffer call
      void D3DRenderContext::setVertexBuffer(IBuffer* buffer) { D3DBuffer* d3dBuffer = static_cast<D3DBuffer*>(buffer); ID3D11Buffer** d3dBufferResource = d3dBuffer->getBuffer(); UINT stride = sizeof(Vertex); // Vertex is a simple struct UINT offset = 0; m_context->IASetVertexBuffers(0, 1, d3dBufferResource, &stride, &offset); } And for completeness sake here's the copy buffer function
      void D3DRenderContext::copyDataToBuffer(void* data, int dataSize, IBuffer* toBuffer) { D3DBuffer* d3dBuffer = static_cast<D3DBuffer*>(toBuffer); ID3D11Buffer** d3dBufferResource = d3dBuffer->getBuffer(); HRESULT result; D3D11_MAPPED_SUBRESOURCE resource; result = m_context->Map(*d3dBufferResource, NULL, D3D11_MAP_WRITE_DISCARD, NULL, &resource); memcpy(resource.pData, data, dataSize); m_context->Unmap(*d3dBufferResource, NULL); } A few things.. I removed like 15 ASSERTS to make the code shorter, so any pointer that could potentially be null, and the dx results are all checked in the actual code. Second, I have the dx debug output enabled and it has nothing to say. Third, I've tried flushing the context after every call to drawIndexed, to no avail.

      This leak is just beyond bizarre to me, granted I have no clue how the underpinnings of that preview window work. In the meantime, I'm going to figure out how to tell windows to disable it, but I'd still like to know why this is happening. Any suggestions appreciated!
