Mobile Game Reviews: Let's Talk Glitch Dash

I'm a man on a Mobile Gaming Quest (MGQ) to play a new mobile game every day, and document my first impressions here and on YouTube. Below is the latest episode.

Run, swipe, die. Rinse and repeat. Seriously, Glitch Dash looks gorgeous but might just be the most difficult arcade game I've played on mobile (well, apart from Flappy Bird). Avoiding the swinging hammers and laser beams is pure torture, but extremely satisfying when you finally complete each level.

The game's currently in beta, but I decided to include it as I was having a lot of fun with it, and I figured some of you might want to signup for the beta.

In terms of monetization, you start out with ten lives, which you'll quickly burn through, and get 10 new lives after 120 seconds, or immediately by watching an ad. Luckily, we can also remove the life system entirely through a $2 IAP.

My thoughts on Glitch Dash:

      Hi all,
I'm looking for a career change as the job that i currently do is neither a passion or something that i really want to be doing for the rest of my life. I would ideally like to begin a career in the gaming industry as like most others i have a strong passion for gaming and all things related. I have been looking into a junior test analyst QA job and was wondering if this is the correct place to start. I'm a dedicated worker so don't mind working my way up and I love being hands on with things. I was wondering if anyone had any advice regarding this or how i can go about gaining experience in this field to give myself the best chance. I'm more than willing to do either weekend work or free work to get my foot in the door so if there is any advice or help anyone could give me that would be great.
      Thanks for reading,
      Dan

There are two Entities in the game and we controlling one of them. The other entity moves in a particular direction throughout the game and I want to make the AI like the enemy shoots at my player after some duration of time. I am using Directx 10 SDK for this.
I think I would need to calculate the distance between the two entities and shoot it towards the player.
I would need to calculate the distance between the two vectors and direction of A towards B.
How to calculate the direction between the two?

Hello everyone, I'm new here and sorry if this isn't the right place to ask but i asked in a few forums around the internet and no one yet help with it.. I'm have been trying to mod this game for years, but I still stuck with the raw files from RACJIN games,
Raw Files [ Mod edit: Removed ]
I would like to identify the compression algorithm used to compress these files so that they can be decompressed and analyzed.

I'm working on a small arcade-style Android game for phones and tablets( using Android Studio and Java ) and I'm not 100% satisfied with the touch screen controls.  The game has five buttons for control;  left and right, and three buttons for firing three different bullet types( essential to the main mechanic of the game itself ).
The irony is that they respond very well even with scaling on different devices and the coding is bullet-proof( zero crashes or bugs since extensive testing ),  but as the game is as fast paced as Space Invaders or Columns it kinda falls apart as I switch between pressing buttons in the heat of the action.  I am now at the point where I'm having to slow the game down to make it easier to cope with the touch-screen buttons, or adopt a harsh attitude that the player will need an Android-compatible gamepad for the best possible experience...
Quality controls with standard input is something I take very seriously, but in this case I feel action games are not suited for tablets without a gamepad.  Would this be a correct assumption or could I do better?
Any thoughts would be most welcome - even if you are just a gamer.

      Cheers.
