- Made a fade in at the start of a race, and a 3 second countdown to the start
- Connected the controlpoints at either side of an endpoint to move together, so the track now always has a regular slope across endpoints of the curves
- Can now close the track easily
While doing this I noticed the texture coordinates are screwed up at the beginning and/or end of the track, so I need to fix that up.
Next up is a custom cross section that I want to make in 3ds max and read in to create the track. This will allow me to do a little more advanced stuff with the texture coordinates on the track.
