I've been gym training for the past few months and seeing little or no progress. About a month ago I think I kick-started my enthusiasm drive as my energy and motivation has increased a lot
. I really miss my Taekwondo training workouts that I used to endure as a Student and have found a local club near me. I think I'll sign up and go again. Time to dust off my old Dobok and get into it again. I've signed up for a class on Monday, let's see how it goes.
