Visual Studio CE Download
Just a quick note. Visual Studio for Windows CE is now available for download here:

It includes Visual C++ and Visual Basic for Windows CE. Don't know what emulators it comes with. You can download most of 'em elsewhere on the site.
Of course, it's a 330 meg download, so you're probably better off Spending $7.50 for the CD
