Thanks once again to Priceline, I got myself a cheap flight to San Jose, and it's leaving and coming back at a good time.

Shelly did all the bidding. She bid $200, and it was immediately accepted, which always gives you that "aww shucks" feeling, because you wish you could've gone back in time and bid $160 :)

Anyway, $200 for a round-trip from Dallas to San Jose is pretty good. Quite good actually. You can usually get a cheaper rate by going through Las Vegas (where the normal price for a round trip to D/FW is $99), but that often requires you to change planes and/or airlines to one of those annoying little prop-planes for the rest of the trip.
