Marathon update

Last week was a little rough for training with the holidays and such, but here's what we have:

Monday: 1.5 hour run, at a pace to get about 10-11 miles
Tuesday: no running, had a date
Wednesday: 7.5 hours of driving time in holiday traffic to the Keys, but then proceeded to run for 45 minutes due to the pent up road rage
Thursday: 20 minute run, weightlifting, and an hour of tennis
Friday: an hour of tennis
Saturday: 4.5 hours driving time back home, as it should be, and no running because of another date
Sunday: 2 hour run with a mild hangover, no clue how far

I should try running for 2 hours straight occasionally. 1 hour is getting to be much easier than it used to be.
