I still want to add singleplayer AI, and networking, but that's going to the backburner for now.
For my next game, I'm going to do a vertical shoot-em-up. I'll be posting details on this on my updated website soon. I'm doing a shoot-em-up because I expect it to require me to add some specific functionality to Daedalus. Most of that funtionality is already written, but hasn't been refactored into the new version yet, since it wasn't needed for War of the Roses.
Most important will be the addition of 3D to the engine again. This includes meshes, options to make mipmaps for textures, camera classes, my vector and matrix routines. Also the GUI classes will need to be expanded. And since this will be by my own design, I'll definately be posting this once it gets to a playable state.
