Particle editor prototype!

Sorry for the delay, I've been quite busy this past week. The last two days I spent building a prototype for the particle emitter editor. The rendering is pretty much finished aside from a couple more affector properties and a much needed optimization for the decal code (DrawUserPrimitives == only for testing! :) Probably end up using a dynamic write only vb with no overwrite enabled, similar to how the particles are rendered.

I want to add some properties to handle wind influence, clipping bounds, some extra collision detection, some UI additions (in the final dialog), and connect everything to use the existing object definitions specified within NWB.

I may pull an all nighter tonight and finish that, or I'll get to it on Monday or Tuesday possibly.
