Just run the executable :)
NOTES:
To access the GUI hit 'T' (most of the GUI isn't working)
the plus and minus keys change the FPS
shift+directional = move camera
shift+enter = Highlight range of 4
Control+Up|Down = Change Tile height

Doesn't run on Windows?

Yes it runs on windows. Its written in Java, and made into an executable (but you still need the JRE)

Make sure you extract it Rob. I tried running it without extracting the zip, and it crashed and burned -- but worked after extracting it.
