Masking working!!

I finally got masking to work, so now over the weekend I should be able to get the new rendering class done. :)

The only problem that I'm having right now is that I can't seem to create a pixel accurate area created for masking my tiles and verts...

But now that the concept is actually working the final rendering FPS should go up significantly, all that will need to be redrawn are the actual actors! This means that no matter how complex the map (even at 1280x854) I should be able to pull ~(1000 - 3*ACTORS_ON_SCREEN) fps.

Anyway, lots of work to get all of this implemented...
