Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No - it the first render from my BSP renderer which I've been working on over the last few days. Needless to say its not quite working yet. I forsee a long period of stepping through code today.

In other news we intend to get the game out tomorrow, and it should possible if we don't run into too many problems. We have most of the levels in and most of the art/music in. Just to add in the last few things, compile it in release mode and package it up.

I'm going to do what work I can on the game now for the next while and then get back to figuring out whats causing the above splaterage.

Yup. And I have the feeling that its going to get alot worse before it gets better.

It's like one of those 3D drawings - if you stare at it long enough, you start to see patterns.

Did you see the pony in there?

No, but I do see the visual embodyment of fustration. I'm reading values from the .bsp file that are just wrong enough to not comply with what the file spec is telling me but not wrong enough to make me think I'm reading the wrong part of the file.

*sigh* Maybe this was a bit big as an intro-to-3d project.
