Character Move

There are some things that are both interesting and wierd in my character move algo. When you highlight a range of lets say 10, and tell the character to move only three squares away, it doesn't always follow the shortest path.

The wierd thing about it is that it SHOULD be the shortest path. It is like it is not even reading one of the functions correctly. Now, I have a feeling that it is probably my programming at fault, not the actual algo it self.

I think that it has something to do with the part of the movement algo that takes into account the height of the next tile. The problem is that I can't see where the variables are getting messed up... If only these things were as easy as other things in life. I hate scouring over code trying to find that one half of a line that makes all the difference...

BADGERS!
