I got the multiple coloured lights test app finished. Here's how it looks now:

This was just to figure out how to render colored lit tile maps. When I actually implement it in a game I have to add several large features, like shadows being cast by objects and some small things like getting the light vector for the bump mapping to come from the nearest light (or possibly average off the three nearest or something). This mightn't be used at all depending what type of game we go for, but its nice to know that its definately on the list of available technologies - and since its all done in the FFP it should work on most cards.
