Was there 'cupping'?

No, no. It wasn't that one (if you're referring to the infamous prostate check). Rather, it was (as Evolutional put it, 'cupping') essentially him grabbing each ball individually while I coughed.

Apparently, this is a way to check for hernias, which (apparently) become visible when you cough. I have no idea where the ball-grabbing comes in though; always thought hernias typically happened a little north of that :/

I've gone through that, although I'm pleased to say that my physician is a lady. Who, er, has other ladies standing around while she does it. It's far less tawdry than it sounds.
