Allegro to SDL, Part 1

I'm going to start recoding Stompy with SDL and FMOD today. It shouldn't take long considering most of the code is completely independent of the actual Allegro code. Although the enemy and bullet code will be remade using linked list, I'll simply use the current code for the time being. As for FMOD, it's great and thanks to Rob Loach for uploading the FMOD devpak to devpaks.org.

Although, I can forsee it being a pain to remake the input code...
