I stole ? colo(u)rs from Jeffers the Jolly. This Summer:

    For Works:

  1. Tree Renderer *Top priority

  2. Method for raytracing? The dispersion of radio waves Outdoors/through foliage + simulate + Develop A statistical and probabilistic equation(s)/treatment. Based on data gathered by research (by uni microwave studies group) for QinetiQ. *Top priority

  • The dispersion of radio waves Indoors + A statistical and probabilistic equation/treatment

  • For Fun:

  • Gravitational general relativity demo

  • Quantum Physics Demos - Various

  • Uni:

  • Lagrange Physics Engine/Fields Approach + Intelligent System + accel card prototype. FPGA + VHDL - 2 years till completion

  • Other/Explanatory/Submitting:

  • Special Relativity ultimate paper and minimally multiplayer space game framework incorporating such concepts
  • *Top priority

  • Treating of learning in terms of Entropy

  • Treating of motivation in terms of Inertia - making note of elasticity as a form of intelligence

Didn't realise you were GDNet+/Journalling. How observant [headshake]

    Mine are better [razz]

Quote:For Fun... Quantum Physics Demos – Various

Haven't scientists been trying to crack quantum physics for a while, but not necessarily done it yet. In the meantime, you're gonna stick some demos together "just for a laugh". Either you're good, or those scientists are rubbish [smile]

As for hiding from the internet... I hope you're wearing your tin-foil hat. Those GPRS/Wireless internet communications get everywhere these days [looksaround]

You're not unobservant, I was forced into a 4 week or so hiatus from GDNET+. *mumbles incoherently about how stupid paypal is*

Nah, Quantum physics or quantum field theory is actually our most complete and accurate theory. We have never devised better, the only problem really, is in finding what the supposed fifth fundemental force and its carrier particle are (if they exist) and also getting gravity to work with the whole thing. Gravity is very stubborn. Anyway, its just little demos for others to actually see these physics concepts in cool 3d graphics, like the potential well and nuclear fussion and matter-antimatter annhilation and stuff. I am actually quite excited about making them. Theyll be alot cooler than your usual boring old physics applets.

Do I look stupid to you?No Wait, dont answer that. [smile]. Peh, tin foil hats, I have more dignity than to subject myself to such demeaning behaviour. Hah! Going around in a tin foil hat. My hat is mercury coated lead. The mercury is to make the lead all shiny and reflective. Too bad the coating is on the inside though...

Cool, you're a black dude? I'm an Indian dude. I don't wear a turban though. I should really post my picture somewhere around here one day ...

I have a question. How do you do quantum mechanics simulations? Considering that conventional QM says that there is no well-defined time for the event of, let's say, an atom emitting a photon, how are these things simulated properly on a computer? The only solution I know is to use that Bohmian mechanics I keep talking about. [grin]

EDIT: I guess what I'm kind of asking is how do you decide when to collapse the wave function ... that is the overarching problem that bugs everybody, isn't it!
