I'm trying to set up a PHPBB forum on my web site. I put in a solaris template, and I wanted to modify it to include my site's navbar. There seems to be some kind of cacheing going on because whenever a mistake is made, it sticks and I can't modify overall_header.tpl anymore. I'm going to have to post to some forums, I'm not exactly sure what's going on.
