So the prototype I was working on for Asylum has been causing me no small amount of trouble continuing on its development, so it's been scrapped. In its place, I am working out a second prototype with changes based on limiting those problems that killed the older one's work.

Through years of experience, I'm sure this new version will get scrapped too.

Yeah, but that's the point behind prototypes. Experimentation and disposable code for testing out new designs, both of gameplay and architecture.
