It was such a pain in the ass to do as well. I had to cypher through Axiom (the C# port of Ogre) to find the C# port of Crazy Eddie's GUI and then get a working build of the CEGUI renderer for SDL.NET. After all that, I had to figure out how Crazy Eddie's GUI works so I could get a working demo with kEngine going. After searching through the documentation and debuging and importing files, I get a successful compile of kEngine with Crazy Eddie's GUI only to find out that it renders at about 5 frames per second. BAH!
