id3v1 tag reader

I didn't want to include yet another fucking library (id3lib is lgpl, and probably full of compatibility issue fun) with my soundtrack function for my upcoming game so I just wrote a quick id3v1 tag reader. You can pick it up here. It's relatively small.

I might add id3v2 someday if someone can just give me a straight document about how to tear the album, artist and title out of the file without dicking about with all of the optional fields.

Holy crap it's 2:20 AM.
