Good job so far, very advance wars like. You might want to highlight the selectable terrain/units when you hover over them to make it more obvious what you can/cannot do. Also, I notice you can attack units that are 1 space outside of the range.

Thats sweet. Hopefully one day i'll be up there to. Are you eventually going to include terrain boundrays like the mountains and trees stoping tanks and stuff like that?

That's better, I like it alot. I like all the additions you made, and I have a few more suggestions:

-Be able to see an enemy units movement and firing ranges
-More terrain features like impassable rivers, buildings, etc.
-Ability to move and then fire for some units

Those said, I really like how the game works, especially the fact that I can tell the difference between an unprotected unit being attacked, and one that is in mountains or forests. Good work, I'm looking forward to your next update!

Worked well in Wine. Could do with a bit more feedback (i.e. animated unit moves, even just a slide would do, some gunfire between units, explosions, etc).

Maybe adding a text console that says something like "Your helicopter at (x,y) was blown up by an enemy tank thing".

Thank you all for your feedback on the game.

Indeed, the interface does need work, and it is something I plan to get working on soon. I'll consider the ideas presented when I'm making it.

Het Stompy... something I noticed. I might have just missed it though, but I couldn't figure out how to get out of (cancel) movement mode if I accidentally entered it. Escape worked pretty well, but it ended the game :P

You can click outside of the movement box to cancel a move.
