For the next month or so, I'm going to be working on small demos. I'm going to start with 2D stuff (like fire, particle engine, font engine, etc) and then I'm going to move onto 3D stuff (camera movement, model loading, model animating, etc). Hopefully I can learn a lot, and get out of this rut (since I went on vacation I have been bored nonstop. Playing games doesn't help, programming doesn't help, going outside doesn't seem to help, nothing seems to help.)

Each demo will be posted as 3 parts: executable, source, and media. This way I don't have to include the media in both the source and executable downloads.

I won't be posting until I'm done with my first demo, so wish me luck!

I wish you the best of luck on all this! Sounds like a great path for learning all of the elements.

Sounds fantastic :)

Seeing all of these journals with interesting stuff makes me realize I need my debit card so I can get my GDNet+ account >_<. (The bank sent it to the wrong address and it got returned to them, and they didn't bother telling me until I came in to ask about it).
