GTL Part 3.4 : JPGs work!

I've just got JPG decoding working, however while the data reading works fine there is a slight issue with it, currently to get things to work properly it seems to need to try to read one more line than exists.

Now, I've accounted for this in my data reading routine by making sure I have some data to write and that I havent gone over the output buffers lenght, but its still slightly annoying.

The key point is, it works [smile]

So, for now I'm going to put this bug on the back burner and move onto PNG decompression.

I'm in need of a JPG reader right about now. I'm willing to take a look at the new version if you want? Maybe a fresh mind can see the bug :D
