So I finally got the photos of the shipping crunch we did to get Morning's Wrath to the IGF on time.

I hate photos of myself, especialy, when I've been running around ragged and there is no Air Conditioning and it's really hot,
and I haven't had a hair cut in a while cause I'm always working on somthing, AGHHHH!!![grin]

I'm the one in black, looking rather tired =D

The other folks are employees of MRW Connected (rubberneck.net), the awesome folks who are doing our production and fullfilment!

Got a game that you need packaged and shipped? give em a ring!

Given the choice between an overweight person who knows how to place an apostrophe and a supermodel who doesn't, I'll have to go with literacy.

Ah, well thankfully I don't have his attitude =)

So, all comments about me? None about how awesome it is to have a GameDev.net originated game get finished and packaged in such a professional quality manner? =D

I couldn't begin to imagine how good it feels to finally finish something that your team has been pouring a TON of time and effort into.

I'm reminded of a paragraph from the book::Coding Complete 2

"There are plenty of good things, but there's one that beats them all: After all the work, lost weekends, and screaming matches with producers and testers, your game finally appears on the retail shelves somewhere. A few weeks after it ships, you start looking. You make excuses to go to Wal-Mart, Circuit City, and Best Buy and wander the software section. Eventually you see it. Your game. In a box. On the shelf. Shrink-wrapped!

There's nothing like it. As you hold it in your hands someone walks up to you and says, "Hey, I was thinking of buying that game. Is it any good?" You smile and hand him the box, "Yeah, it's damn good."

Goodluck EDI, Radioactive and to all of those that I have a hard time keeping up with that is submitting their entries to the IGF.

I guess I'm already used to thinking about your game as a professional package. It's a nice surprise to see the real professional product for once. Good luck!
