Spell effects

Just created my first 'spell effect', there is still lots of work to do with this flocking engine, the main thing is to get the display units matched up with the tile units. For instance if I wanted to do a spell effect on tile(5,7) it is not very easy right now....

Anyway, that right there is 3D anti-flocking algo!
