Buy yourself some time off. I didn't get anything for my last birthday ([sad]), but I quite resolutely stated that I was NOT going to do any work of any kind for a few days. Just kicked back and relaxed for a bit - I enjoyed that [smile]

While maybe you can't take time off today, perhaps you could book for a weekend away a month from now? I recommend Breckinridge in Colorado. Great skiing, and simply being that high up makes you feel calmer. I'll be going out there next April...
