As per the rude guy's "request", I have an update about my current project. I'm adding some finishing touches to my code base, which now consists of:

My brother is cooking right along on the game design and concept art (I thought he had quit a few months ago when he moved out, but evidentally not). We're still deciding on whether or not to do a 2D isometric RPG (like Diablo), a system similiar to Baldur's Gate (which used prerendered backgrounds and overlays), or a 3D game. We've still got about a week or so to decide before I will have to go back and mass change the code. I'm pretty partial to 2D graphics because you can get a lot better detail (at my skill level anyway) than you can with 3D models (especially since I don't have a 3D artist or any skill with 3D programming).

I'm looking for a lot of team members right now, including artists, story writers, and testers (I can't really test on my machines because they're both high spec). If anybody is interested, email me! I'll be posting the full design document in about a week (when I've finished coding the main structure of the game).
