Seams fixed, coming work

Texture seams more or less fixed (there are still a few seams here and there, mostly between patches that are at a differnet LOD level, but since they're usually quite far from the camera, it's not too bad).

Plan for today:
- blending for smoother texture transitions
- playing with the heightfield generator parameters
- starting to work on detail textures

That first picture is truly amazing [grin]

I'm not too keen on the purple type effect... might be cool for an alien planet, but the underlying grass (?) like textures don't seem to fit so well.

I don't know the purple could work if it was pushed a little more toward pink/red for a sun set.

They are both great screen shots. 8)
