gmBind 0.9.5

With help from 'DrEvil' I'm almost done with gmBind 0.9.5. It's a lot better (IMHO) than the old version and I have some nice features planned for this release and 0.9.6. Hopefully we'll finalise it for a 1.0.0 shortly after :)

In other news, the GMGX engine is coming on nicely. Pixel collisons all work now. I'm pondering on the best way to handle input now; I'm contemplating using an event system but also buffering it for users to consume in that way. Both systems have their advantages and I'm hoping that they can be used side-by-side with ease.
