General stuff

Despite what I mentioned at the end of my last post - I haven't had the time to put any more engine architecture diagrams together.

I've had various D3D10 resources for a while now, yet for every part I learn I seem to find 2 more things I haven't ([rolleyes]). I'm impressed that Cypher has managed to get a grip inside of a week!

Anyway, I've got some excellent feedback for my recent article. Got me thinking really..

As is apparently demonstrated by my rating on these forums (despite the fact it is "just" a number) at least 218 people appreciate my contribution. Thanks to all those guys.

But what really tops it off - the ones that really make me sit back and [smile] are those who take the time to either post or send me a PM saying "thanks". Nothing much to it - can very from the very simple through to essay-length stuff verging on "i love you, can I have your children" [lol]. I suppose its probably just an example of "its the thought that counts".

Whilst I try to acknowledge individual comments, the aforementioned feedback made it seem all the more appropriate to post something publicly [grin]

I promise I'll try and put together something worth reading next time [oh]

Anyway, I was in the middle of Leon when I felt like writing this... so I'm gonna go and finish it [smile]

Now, now, I didn't learn it all by myself. The fact that I had access to the information of a D3D10 dev and two MVPs helped a lot in my understanding of how everything meshes together. [wink]
