Back in something like 1995 when I first entered the workforce, one fairly popular photocopy I would see at work was a picture of Calvin from Calvin and Hobbes, looking severely pissed off. It was accompanied with words to the effect of "God put me on the planet to accomplish a certain number of things. Right now I am so far behind that I will never die."
