Damn that filtering

I decided to give the XInput thing a break for now - It'll have to be changed, but I can do it later.

So I decided to get some basic tile textures in place. Although, it's kinda gone wrong:

So after getting some basic texture-space addressing fixed, I realised that the linear filtering was sampling things it shouldn't be, thus the seamless tiling was screwed.

Back to the drawing board [headshake].
