Almost forgot this.

Today is February 8th, 2006.

On February 8th, 2005, I quit smoking cigarettes.

I have not relapsed.

They say that once you've reached the 6 month mark, it's pretty much a done deal.

I still don't like handling cigarettes or having them around me, even if they are in a pack, and the urges are much less frequent and less intense than they used to be at the beginning.

Way to go.

I used to smoke 2 - 2.5 packs per day, for about 5 years. One day I decided my entire life I was either smoking or thinking about smoking, and that I was tired of living like that, so I quit.

That was 1993, and I haven't had one since. Once you are mentally done with it, you wont have cravings anymore...
