Progress Slow

I've been suprisingly busy today, so progress has been slow. I've added the basic in-memory database system and am preparing the query components. It'll be very slow as there's no attribute lookups at present...

I've also moved most of the code over to use boost::shared_ptr so I can forget about pointer management for a bit...
