GFX Engine+AI+input+SndFX = GAME
I know how to design and code these individually, but how do you bring it together to form "the game"??
You just need to code the logic to handle them all. Looks like you''ve already gotten the hardest part done, the rest should be easy, for a simple game anyway.

Well, try looking at it from this perspective:
A programs is a set of algorithms that operate on data.
Try drawing flow charts to help understand visually how to integrate everything together.
Example: Large box in the middle represents the game data the Graphics engine renders the data, the sound engine plays the data, the input and the AI alter the data.
So you would have one class that holds and loads all of the data for the game (I would use a Singleton Class) and a loop that renders the data, then gets the User input and executes the AI on the data.
That''s not neccesarily the only way. That''s not even the way I do it.
I find myself stopping along the way and "designing" the program flow every couple of builds. I use a piece of paper turned sideways and drawing boxes with connections and flow arrows.

Read Chris Hargrove''s tutorials on creating a game, that might help some?
