Lighting doesn't work properly?Pls. help!

I''ve designed my level, character animation, p. engine and so on, but faced a problem with lighting. I''ve places several lighting sources around my level, but when I start flying around, lightness of the same polygons changes depending on what angle I look at them. Does modelview matrix affects lighting????Can I switch this irrtitating thing off?

A: Yes

Q: Can I switch this irrtitating thing off?
A: No. Modify the matrix appropriately before placing the lights, just like you do with vertices. Experiment.
