Alright, I know I asked this before as well, but discovered some new problems ''n stuff... Earlier I was using MD2 (Quake 2) files for model animation in my app. Now I''ve realized that the artist wants to use Poser to create his animations. So I found a program that''ll convert a poser animation to a series of 3DS files and then creates a MaxScript file to allow 3dStudios Max 4 to create a MAX file out of them. Now this will include the animations fine, but I still need to get them into my program. Seeing as MAX files are proprietary, I can''t use them. So what I''m looking for is a file format that I''ll be able to use that will include the animation as well as the mesh and that will export fine from 3dStudios Max 4. Any suggestions anyone?
