Hi, I''m sure this is a simple question with a simple answer. I was wondering how I would go about putting variables into TextOut(). For example I want to display the score at the top of my game screen using #s. I think variables would be the easiest way... (sorry for the obvious comment) anyway, thanks for the help in advance

char str[20];
int score = 26721;
sprintf( str, "SCORE IS: %05d", score );

Then pass str to TextOut().

TextOut( hdc, x,y, str, strlen(str) );

sprintf() works just like printf() except instead of outputting the string to stdout it writes the string to memory.
