Microsofts Latest Claim Against OpenGL
Hi all,
I''ll have to admit first up I''m not an OpenGL programmer (Direct3D for me), but I''m interested in 3D graphics generally so...
Anyway, I read online news the other day that Microsoft has claimed Intellectual Property rights to some major parts of the OpenGL 2.0 specification - pixel and vertex shaders mainly as I understand it.

for those interested in the source.
What I was wondering is - does this really screw up OpenGL?? or is it just some silly legal battle that won''t really affect most people?
