I search some tips to make my application... I am currently working on VC++ and I don''t use MFC. I would be glad to get some informations.

Well you didnt really ask a question, so here is what I decyphered from your post (hope its what your looking for)... To display a bitmap in a window you should look into static controls and the SS_BITMAP style for it. Then you would do something like so:
HBITMAP image = LoadBitmap(...);
SendMessage(hStaticForBitmapToGo, WM_SETBITMAP, 0, image);
or something like that, that was just of the top of my head, remember, MSDN is your friend!
