The WM_[L,R,M]BUTTONDOWN and WM_[L,R,M]BUTTONUP and WM_[L,R,M]BUTTONDBLCLK messages store x,y locations in the LPARAM argument. The low word is the x position, the high word is the y position.

Just as a side note: WM_MOUSEMOVE also gives you the mouse cooridnates.
