I''ve seen the Isometric Game Programming with Direct X book, but does that have any thing about Direct X in Visual Basic?, if not, are there any Visual Basic specific books about Isometric Game Programming?

there has been, to date, exactly and precisely one book written about isometric tile based games. it is highly unlikely that there will be another one written ever.

even if another one is written, there isn''t a good chance that it will be written for vb. books on vb geared towards game programming are rare, and a book on vb for isometric games would serve an almost non-existant market. ergo, it would be nearly impossible to convince a publisher that such a book was necessary.

Oh....i did find a HUGE Visual Basic Book...it looked just like the Isometric one but for Visual Basic Games. Is there anyway to convert code in the Isometric book to Visual Basic?

programming is programming, and the language used is just syntax. if you want to convert the stuff in the isometric book into vb, you will need at least a moderate familiarity with C++ code.
