if I include d3d8types.h at the toppermost line of the file i get these errors. c:\program files\dxsdk\include\d3d8types.h (27) : error C2146: syntax error : missing '';'' before identifier ''D3DCOLOR'' c:\program files\dxsdk\include\d3d8types.h(27) : fatal error C1004: unexpected end of file found Error executing cl.exe. Having a closer look to the file i see that it has nothing included that defines such standard stuff as DWORD, LONG and so on. Now comes a good question - are all DX include files like that and whaere can i find out what do they need to have included B4 them?
