blurring image with trasperent textures! help pls
I mapped many (about 5-7) quads with texture on the same plane with everyone a little distorted so that if i make them more and more distordes with respect to one another they will look blurry. But the problem is when i use lighting and blend them the light on the quads seems to add up and look bad. How can i blend many quads so that the light doesn''t increase and still looks blurry.
Or can u suggest any other methods to make blurry images? I used NeHe tutorial''s texture functions. I am working on generation of images through convex lens..thats why i need it!!! pls help if u can.
